There will be crafts available, time for reading, and many options to enjoy the water on land and in the pool with games, water balloons, water tag, popsicles, slip and slides, and more! Each week will have a theme and include special events:

Daytime Ducks will have many outdoor options and will also use our renovated Duck Nest (multipurpose room) located in the lower half of the pool house as their indoor space. Calling all Duck parents, let’s make sure we get this place in tip-top shape! Email daytimeducks@gmail.com if you’re interested in helping by donating some time and joining the fun as we work together to continue to create a comfortable and engaging space for our children. A discount on pool membership is available for your volunteer hours; you may receive up to an $80 discount by volunteering for eight hours.
Coach Marine Auroux will be our camp director again. We will be hiring an assistant director. In addition to coaching swim team and pre-team for nine years, Marine has earned an Early Childhood 90+9 certification (meaning she is eligible to teach preschool) and has extensive experience with kids including running a french summer camp (ages five through 12), acting as a long-term sub for MCPS and is finishing her degree as an elementary school teacher.
We will always have lifeguards on duty whenever we are in the pool and on the pool deck. Our camp is licensed and accredited by both Maryland and Montgomery County.
Camp is open to Twinbrook Pool members ages 5-18. Older campers may be interested in a Counselor in Training (CIT) role which would receive a significantly discounted registration rate. Learn leadership skills, gain resume building experience, earn SSL hours and give back to your community. There are opportunities for CIT positions for ages 13 and 18. Applications and interviews for CITs are required.
